Christian Community
Sharing in Health & Wellness
Open enrollment at WeShare has started!
“You and your family may be at a point in the year where you are looking for the best and most affordable program for healthcare. And that’s where WeShare by UHSM comes in. WeShare is not traditional health insurance, and that’s a good thing because together, when we share our burdens as a community, we are living a life according to what we are called to do as Christians,” said Brittney Moses, member, and Ambassador of UHSM.
Freedom of Choice, Holistic, & Holy-Living
Healthcare that Cares
God asks His children to live a simple, holistic life, one which respects natural, preventative, and proactive wellness through living a holy lifestyle. WeShare offers members holistic approaches to wellness such as acupuncture, chiropractic, and behavioral health care!
WeShare is so much more than healthcare, WeShare is a community that shares in a balanced lifestyle focused on improving the mind, body, and soul… While also understanding that the three elements of our bodies, as temples unto the Lord, must be nourished, attended to, and fostered on a regular basis, if not on a daily basis.

Build on Your Mind, Body, Spirit
1. Mind: God’s Message & Word
While sometimes we can get stuck or even lost inside of our own heads, it’s important to remember our own self-talk. We can sometimes feel alone in our worries, burdens, or thoughts… God reminds us through the Bible, and in so many other ways, we can hold hope that there are better days to-come, check out how he reminds us in 1 Kings.
“…While he himself went a day’s journey into the wilderness. He came to a broom bush, sat down under it, and prayed that he might die. ‘I have had enough, Lord,’ he said. ‘Take my life; I am no better than my ancestors,’ 1 Kings 19:4.
And we are reminded of God’s love, care, and plan for each of His Children… God will give us the strength to continue, just have faith!
“And he lay down and slept under a broom tree. And behold, an angel touched him and said to him, ‘Arise and eat.’ And he looked, and behold, there was at his head a cake baked on hot stones and a jar of water. And he ate and drank and lay down again. And the angel of the Lord came again a second time and touched him and said, ‘Arise and eat, for the journey is too great for you.’ And he arose and ate and drank, and went in the strength of that food forty days and forty nights to Horeb, the mount of God,” 1 Kings 19:5 – 8.
Mantras to Remember:
- I am not my worst days.
- I have overcome my worst days thanks to God’s Grace.
- I know that even in times of tribulation, there are lessons to be learned.
2. Body: God’s Creation
God has directly expressed that we are a temple to hold God’s spirit, to hold God’s essence…
It is important to manage one’s self-talk, but also to take proactive measures towards living a healthy lifestyle. As we would not desecrate a holy site or artifact, we should remember that God wants us to revere our bodies as temples, as holy to be filled with light, goodness, and love.
“Do you not know what you are God’s temple and that God’s spirit dwells in you? If anyone destroys God’s temple, God will destroy him. For God’s temple is holy, and you are that temple,” 1 Corinthians 3:16 – 17.
God reminds us that we are worth so much more to him than our negative self-talk; each child of God is precious and made with purpose. We can live our highest purpose by reflecting, promoting, and living in God’s image.
Mantras to Remember:
- My body is temporary, my spirit is forever.
- I will not live forever, but I determine how I live each day I am given.
- I am worthy, I am loved, I am a holy space for the Spirit of God.
3. Spirit: God’s Community
God asks us in His Word, constantly, to live by the Spirit, not by the flesh. The flesh wants what the world wants, but the spirit wants a life that is holy. While we are humans, born to be sinners, we were also born to be forgiven once we accept Jesus into our hearts, souls, and spirit; we can be fallible and still valuable in the eyes of the Lord. While there are many verses on the spirit that lives inside all Christians, here is one from Romans to uplift, remind, and motivate!
“For if you are living according to the flesh, you must die; but if by the Spirit you are putting to death the deeds of the body, you will live,” Romans 8:13.
Mantras to Remember:
- My life has purpose, my life has worth, my life was made by God.
- My God has a purpose and a plan for me; my life is ordained by the Lord.
- I can get through my worst days knowing that I am the Spirit and the Spirit lives inside of me.
