The hype and attention paid to the Coronavirus can make it difficult to know what to do and who to trust when it comes to protecting yourself and your family from COVID-19. Luckily, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has a ton of good information and resources.

Visit their site to learn how to:

  • Prepare Your Family
  • Protect Your Health
  • Take Preventive Actions

And if for some reason you or someone you know contracts the virus, the CDC can help with information on how to properly clean and disinfect your home, what to do if you are sick with COVID-19, and even how you can sign up for email and text updates on the coronavirus.
