“UHSM believes in restoring faith in all aspects of health care,” says UHSM President Christopher Jin. “By partnering with Brittney, together we can shine a brighter light on the importance of mental health and the resources available to those in need. In hopes of reducing the current stigma surrounding mental health, we are excited to further develop our relationship and strengthen our commitment to holistic wellness through upcoming events and programs.”

In addition to being a content creator, podcast host, and blogger, Brittney is a mother and a student in the study of psychology at UCLA, with a clinical focus on therapy, prevention, education, and treatment for individuals struggling with emotional problems. “Through my blog and podcast, I aim to advocate wholehearted mental wellness for everyday living,” says UHSM Community Ambassador Brittney Moses. “I am incredibly excited to be working with the UHSM to provide its community with education and encouragement for grace-based, healthy lifestyles through upcoming plans that will be released soon.

In addition to the partnership with Brittney, UHSM established its dedication to mental illness services through its recent collaboration with Abide, the world’s most popular Christian meditation app. Through Abide, UHSM provided its members with access to unlimited and uninterrupted meditations, topics, and guides.
