UHSM Health Share teamed up with the #CheckIt4Andretti foundation to highlight the importance of regular colon cancer screenings. The Andretti family created this initiative to honor John Andretti’s legacy, who died in 2020 from colon cancer. The goal is to spread awareness of cancer screenings and to aid in early detection and treatment. If we do, medical experts say we can avoid up to 50% of all cancers.

Experience the adrenaline rush of electric go-kart races with instant acceleration as you put the pedal to the metal around hairpin turns and long straightaways on climate-controlled tracks.
Winners will have the facility all to themselves, get one-on-one time with Jarett and the Andretti team, and have dinner provided. This experience is valued at $5,000, all on us at UHSM in honor of John Andretti and his fight for Cancer screening and prevention awareness!
About Jarett Andretti & His Father John
Jarett Andretti is a faithful man and rising motorsport star. He currently races out of the Andretti Autosport garage in Indianapolis, Indiana. He is the son of the late John Andretti, the late Aldo Andretti’s grandson, and the great-nephew of Mario Andretti. John Andretti died January 30, 2020, after a hard-fought, public battle with colon cancer. John’s hope was that his battle with cancer would be a force in raising awareness for prevention and screening. UHSM is honored to help support his legacy.
