Prize Details: Three (3) levels of prizes are available. Each prize level allotting for a specific number of winners. Level one (1) (the grand prize) will allow for two (2) winners. This prize will grant the winner one (1) personal ticket, and one (1) plus one (1) ticket for an all-inclusive three (3) day, two (2) night trip to Orlando Florida (Subject t to change based on sponsor) to meet Jarett Andretti at the Andretti Indoor Karting and Games for a private dinner and go kart racing session. Date subject to change based on sponsor and all winning parties.
The level two (2) prize will allow for 10 winners. Each winner will receive one (1) signed Jarett Andretti poster and one (1) Jarett Andretti crew T- shirt. The level three (3) prize will allow for 25 winners. Each winner will receive premium account access to the Abide Bible Meditation app, as well as one (1) UHSM T- shirt, hat, and mask, as well as one (1) Andretti Autosport Shirt, hat and poster.
Grand Prize Details: Each entry will also be in the running to win the grand prize. The grand prize will allow for two (2) winners. TIMING
The donations begin on 02/12/2021 12:00:00 PST and ends on 04/09/2021 18:00:00 PST. All times are measured by Pacific Standard Time (PST) in the United States, which is the time in Orange County, CA. The Sweepstakes is administered by Unite HealthShare Ministries (the “Administrator”), is sponsored by Unite Health Share Ministries (United Faith Ministries, Inc. 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation) (the “Sponsor”) and is for the benefit of The Check It For Andretti Foundation (the “Beneficiary”).
ELIGIBILITY
The giveaway is only open to persons at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. If they are under eighteen (18) years of age, a parent or guardian must enter for them. The person must be US persons as defined under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) 22 C.F.R § 120.15 and domiciled in the US. Entries are limited to individuals only; commercial enterprises and business entities are not eligible.

TO ENTER WITHOUT DONATING: To enter the Giveaway for free without donating to the Sponsor’s campaign, post on social media using the required hashtags #Checkit4Andretti and #SteerClearofCancer. Maximum entries without a donation is ten (10) per user, regardless of how many social posts.
SELECTION OF WINNER
On or about 04/12/2021 PST (the “Drawing Date”), the potential Giveaway winner (“Potential Winner”) will be selected in accordance with these Official Rules. The database computer for the Giveaway Website is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway. The Potential Winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Entry Period. The Potential Winner will be notified by email, telephone, and/or social media on or about the Drawing Date, using the email address, telephone number, and/or social media profile provided with the selected entry, and will be conditionally awarded the Giveaway Prize (hereinafter defined) subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms and conditions of these Official Rules. If a Potential Winner does not respond within forty – eight (48) hours after the first notification attempt, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such Potential Winner, such Potential Winner may be disqualified and an alternate Potential Winner may be selected. The notification will include instructions for how to contact the Administrator or its designee to provide name, address and other information that may be required to complete validation of eligibility and delivery of prize. No liability is assumed for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a Potential Winner for any reason. At Administrator’s discretion, a background check (“Background Check”) may be performed with respect to the Potential Winner as part of the process to confirm any Potential Winner’s eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules and the Terms of Service, which Background Check such Potential Winner would have to pass in order to receive the prize. By entering the Giveaway, entrant agrees to cooperate fully with any such Background Check, and to execute and deliver to Administrator or its designee all required authorizations and approvals for said Background Check to be conducted. Failure to cooperate may result in disqualification. If a background check reveals that a Potential Winner has engaged in conduct that could damage the reputation or business of Sponsor or Administrator, as determined by Administrator in its discretion, the Potential Winner may be disqualified and the prize may be awarded to an alternate Potential Winner, time permitting.
If a Potential Winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor may award the applicable prize to an alternate Potential Winner selected by a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.
The selected Potential Winner must execute all consents, waivers and releases as required by Sponsor, Administrator or Prize Provider in accordance with applicable law. Odds of winning the Giveaway Prize (hereinafter defined) depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Entry Period.
CONDITIONS AND RELEASES
Released Parties are not responsible if the Giveaway Prize, or any portion thereof, is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, in which event that portion of the prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except as in Administrator’s sole discretion. Giveaway Winner acknowledges that all prizes are awarded as-is, without warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law of any kind.
Grand prize winners will be required to sign a COVID-19 release waiver as well as a safety waiver at the karting facility. Those taking part in the karting activity may not be pregnant or have any underlying illness or condition. Grand prize winners will also be required to take a rapid COVID-19 test the day prior to travel and receive a negative result. Another test will be administered the day of karting experience, and the day prior to returning home.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
The Released Parties are not responsible for any injury or illness that takes place prior, during or after travel and Giveaway experience.
