The Gold Program is our most popular program. They offer exceptional healthcare sharing at cost-effective levels. Wellness and Preventive care costs are 100% shared, doctor visits are $35 for primary, and $60 for specialists. And generic prescriptions are only $10 in the core program.

The comprehensive Vital Program offers outstanding healthcare sharing with Wellness and Preventive care that is 100% shared, plus doctor visit consult fees at $20 for primary and $40 for specialists. Our catastrophic Fundamental Program helps share costs that were the result of hospital emergencies or in-patient procedures, and also includes basic wellness.

Planning for the Unexpected
Our S.M.A.R.T. and S.T.A.R.R. Care Programs provide important health sharing benefits for those faced with major life-threatening illnesses such as Stroke, Myocardial Infarction (heart attack), Aggressive Cancer, Renal (Kidney) Failure, major organ transplants or unexpected accidents. SMART Care offers incremental sharing related to critical illness expenses such as mortgage, utilities, and rent. STARR Care accident protection is available from Day 1 after enrollment and gives UHSM members more peace of mind every step of the way.
